Privacy Policy

01Information we handle

The information handled depends on the application, your account role, and the features you use:

• Account and profile details: user ID, given and family names, email address, mobile number, address supplied during signup or profile use, and profile images you upload. A mobile number may also serve as the user ID.
• Authentication information: login passwords, emailed temporary passwords, one-time passwords (OTPs), and account-session information. Email is required for signup, OTP sign-in, and password-recovery messages.
• Learning records: personal notes, question-practice and review activity, selected answers, exam attempts, dates, timing, marks, scores, and live-session participation or attendance records. Available features differ between desktop and mobile versions.
• Payment and subscription records: payment amounts, dates, status, transaction or order references, payment-provider responses, and the account or subscription associated with a purchase.
• Tutorial-provider payment configuration: gateway settings and API keys or other merchant integration credentials supplied by a participating provider to connect its chosen payment service.
• Technical and session records: account/session identifiers, request activity and time, and IP or device/network identifiers supplied by the application.
• AI requests and support messages: questions or search text submitted to AI features, and information you voluntarily send when seeking help.

We use this information to provide account access, deliver authentication emails, save learning activity, conduct and review examinations, record live-session participation, manage subscriptions, connect participating providers' chosen payment services, verify payment information, answer support requests, and maintain service and audit records.

02Participant payments and paid access

Participating tutorial providers choose whether their content, examinations, live sessions, or subscriptions are free or paid. A provider may connect a third-party payment gateway using its own merchant account and the API keys or other integration credentials it supplies.

The provider chooses and configures its payment gateway and designates the account that receives settlement. For these transactions, the gateway settles payments directly to the participating provider's designated account, subject to that gateway's processing and settlement terms. UPI payments can be initiated by scanning a QR code using a UPI-enabled payment service.

EazyExams processes the supplied gateway configuration and integration credentials to connect the selected payment service. It also receives and retains transaction and subscription information, including amounts, dates, success or failure status, transaction or order references, and payment-provider responses linked to an account or purchase. These records support payment verification and access to paid content.

The selected gateway and participating banks process payment information under their respective terms and privacy practices. Questions about a provider's content, paid offering, or payment account can be directed to that provider. Privacy questions about information handled by EazyExams can be sent to the privacy contact in this policy.

03Website and app privacy

The EazyExams desktop and mobile applications do not display advertisements or use analytics services. The service records technical and account activity as described above.

Website analytics and fonts

The website homepage includes Google Analytics to understand website visits and interactions. Google may process browser and device information, IP addresses, usage information, and cookie or similar identifiers for that purpose.

The homepage and this policy page load fonts from Google Fonts, which requires your browser to connect to Google. See Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from partner sites.

Contact enquiries

Information you provide when contacting us, such as your name, email address, and message, is used to handle your enquiry. General enquiries can be sent to isepadmin@gmail.com; privacy and account-data enquiries can be sent to vallabhasa@gmail.com.

04Services and information sharing

• BigRock hosting: EazyExams uses BigRock to host its server and database infrastructure, where account, learning, payment, and service records are processed and stored. See BigRock's Privacy Policy.
• Google Gmail: the EazyExams Java email integration uses a Gmail account to deliver signup, sign-in, and password-recovery messages. Google processes the recipient email address and message content to deliver those emails. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Participant-selected payment services and banks: the gateway configured by a tutorial provider processes payments and settles funds to that provider's designated account. EazyExams uses the supplied integration credentials and receives transaction information to verify purchases and manage access. The selected payment service's own terms and privacy practices apply to its processing.
• Participating tutorial providers and their administrators: learner-management features make account/contact, subscription, payment, and examination information available for the provider's teaching and administration activities, according to the application's configured access. Each provider is responsible for its own use and handling of information it accesses.
• Google website services: Google Analytics and Google Fonts process website information as described in the preceding section.

Google Gemini AI features

When you use an AI search or question-solution feature, the entered search or question text is sent to Google's Gemini API to generate a response. Text you submit can itself contain personal information, so avoid including unnecessary personal, sensitive, or confidential details.

Google's handling of AI requests is governed by its Gemini API terms, including the provider's age restrictions, and Privacy Policy.

05Authentication and data security

The EazyExams login service authenticates account access using login credentials or emailed temporary passwords and OTPs, as applicable. Account passwords are stored in an encrypted format.

Email OTPs expire after five minutes. A successful OTP sign-in clears the stored OTP, and requesting another OTP replaces the previous stored code. This five-minute validity period applies to OTPs.

The current service creates login sessions with a four-hour validity period and uses session validation for authenticated requests. Account, session, and request activity is recorded to support service operation and audit review.

If you suspect unauthorised use of your account, contact vallabhasa@gmail.com. Do not send your password, OTP, or UPI PIN in a support request.

06Data retention

EazyExams currently retains account, learning, payment, subscription, tutorial-provider configuration, and service/audit records for the operating lifetime of the application. There is no routine deletion schedule for these records. Some features allow individual items, such as a personal note, to be removed; removing an item does not delete the account or its other records.

Disabling an account does not permanently delete its associated records. Those records continue to be retained. Where backup copies are kept, no separate backup-deletion period has been established.

Information processed by outside providers, such as Google and payment services, is also subject to their own retention practices and applicable terms. Contact us for questions about information associated with your account.

07Account requests and deactivation

Account requests are handled manually. You can request that your account be disabled by emailing vallabhasa@gmail.com with the subject “EazyExams Account Deactivation.”

Send the request from your registered email address and include your user ID. Do not send your password, OTP, or UPI PIN.

The current process disables the account while retaining all associated records. Permanent account and associated-data deletion is not currently provided. If you need to discuss your information or a request under applicable privacy law, contact the same privacy email address.

08Children and young users

EazyExams is intended for learners of all ages, including children under 13. The account, learning, authentication, technical, and payment information described in this policy can be handled when children use the corresponding features.

A parent or guardian can contact vallabhasa@gmail.com with questions about a child's information or to discuss account deactivation and other privacy requests.

The registration screens ask for a Privacy Policy acknowledgment and, if the learner is a child, a declaration that the person registering is the parent or legal guardian and gives consent on the child's behalf. EazyExams does not currently independently verify the identity or authority of the person making that declaration.

09Changes to this policy

We will publish updates on this page and revise the effective date when this Privacy Policy changes.
